Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a product has been purchased and delivered/downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The product was not delivered
• The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed
• Duplicate payment was made accidentally
